CONTENT OVERVIEW

It is not good enough to come up with an idea and assume that it will solve a customer’s problem. This is why most ideas fail over a short period of time because ideas are not validated properly, or the team did not go to the ground to learn what customers really want.

This 3-day workshop will help participants analyze and validate the various problems they observe, and from the inside out - develop an idea that will effectively solve their customer’s pain points.

WORKSHOP HIGHLIGHTS

  • Explore the problems in detail
  • Idea creation and validation through design thinking
  • Learn to pitch the idea effectively
